Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.</em></p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="11822"> </p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="11822"><em data-renderer-mark="true"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">What You’ll Do:</strong></em></p> <ul> <li>Develop social media strategy for Resi, working with other teams to integrate campaigns, launches and other outreach</li> <li>Act as the social expert and advocate for social best practices for other teams</li> <li>Own and manage social media channels for Resi</li> <li>Create and publish high-quality, engaging short-form video, long-form video, and still content that is aligned with our brand guidelines and supports business goals</li> <li>Collaborate with campaign teams on content development and delivery</li> <li>Manage publishing calendar</li> <li>Analyze engagement data, identify trends in customer interactions and plan digital campaigns to build community online</li> <li>Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely manner and route them to be addressed as appropriate</li> <
